1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sushruta LGS AI (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. The Platform

Sushruta LGS AI is an educational tool that uses retrieval-augmented generation to help surgical postgraduate students prepare for the NEET SS examination. The Platform provides cited answers drawn from standard surgical textbooks including Bailey & Love, Sabiston, and Schwartz.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

The Platform is intended for educational and medical reference purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for direct clinical decision-making or patient care
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or systematically download textbook content
• Share your account with others or resell access
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
• Use the Platform to generate content that misrepresents AI output as original work

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform references passages from copyrighted surgical textbooks under fair use principles for educational purposes. Textbook content remains the property of its respective publishers and authors. The Platform's citations are designed for reference and study, not reproduction. You may not redistribute cited passages outside the Platform.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Sushruta LGS AI is not a substitute for medical judgment, clinical decision-making, or professional medical advice.

The Platform is an exam preparation tool. Responses are generated by AI and, while grounded in textbook sources, may contain errors or omissions. Always verify critical information against the original textbook and consult qualified medical professionals for clinical decisions. We are not liable for any actions taken based on Platform output.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sushruta LGS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost data, academic outcomes, or interruptions in service.

8. Beta Disclaimer

The Platform is currently in beta. Features, availability, pricing, and daily usage limits may change without notice. Beta access is provided at no cost and may be revoked at any time. We appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve the platform.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your conversation history and account data will be permanently deleted.
