What We Collect

When you use Sushruta LGS AI, we collect:

• Account information — your name and email address, provided during sign-up
• Conversation history — the questions you ask and the responses generated, stored with your account
• Usage data — daily query counts, session timestamps, and general platform interaction patterns
• Device information — browser type and screen size, collected automatically for a functional experience

How We Use Your Data

• To provide the service: storing your conversations, tracking usage against your daily limit, and maintaining your session
• To improve the platform: understanding which topics are most queried, where answers fall short, and how the interface is used
• To communicate with you: sending magic link emails for authentication and occasional product updates

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase, a managed PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication is handled via secure magic links and OAuth providers. We do not store passwords.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. Vercel Analytics, if enabled, collects anonymous, aggregated performance data with no personal identifiers.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, all conversations, messages, and session records. This action is irreversible.

Beta Note

During the beta period, anonymized conversation data (questions and AI responses with personal identifiers removed) may be reviewed to evaluate and improve the platform's response quality, citation accuracy, and retrieval relevance. You can opt out of this in Settings > Privacy > Training Data.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data from the Settings page. For any data-related requests, contact us directly.
